Intriguing. Not how I imagined. I actually listened to it over and over. Kind of hypnotic.

I'm concerned about Haley's vocal range. His normal voice is decidedly not Rorschach--hopefully he can pull it off.

I'm actually not a fan of how Moore does Rorschach's voice....and i agree about Haley, after seeing this.....

His voice is closer to the way I imagined Rorsach's to sound like - higher-pitched - and he should also have a monotone and a kind of pinched quality to it

hmmmm, i dont think i ever really defined Raw-Sharks voice in my head....i just know i dont think it should be that high . Maybe the monotone will make it better, i think Haley can pull it off, im just not sure about the voice.

I absolutely HATE the way Moore did Rorschach's voice in that video. It seems to meander for no reason. I always heard Rorshach's voice in my head as being quick and clipped. And I always imagined it to be less deep and gravelly. I just don't think it suits him.

That's just my opinion, of course.

I've never liked Moore's take on Rorschach's voice. I don't think it fits the cadence that is found in the dialogue.

for me its Question (DCAU) mixed with a little Batman (DCAU) i imagine Rorsach (spelling?) to be a little gravellier and gritter than question but still retain his monotone, blank, everyman type of voice

As much as I love The Question's voice from JLU, I always imagined his voice sounding like Lance Henriksen for some reason.

Earle Haley's voice was decent in the trailer. I thought it was too poignant. As irking as it was, it should be more monatone

haley's rorschach voice is deep and rough; i think it fits well.

I'm not a fan of slo-mo, but if you match up where they used slo-mo to the size of the panels, he actually used it correctly (if you understand the size of the panels to equate with time).
