Rotten Tomatoes * Metacritic

68 out of 100 is about right. It’s a shame that RT apparently removed the average rating which was always the best indication of the film’s quality. I guess I gotta check metacritic more often moving forward.

I don't think many people even check the average rating. Also it was not easily seen compare to the main percentage.

At this point, Rotten Tomatoes is just a percentage of who gives the product a passing grade (fresh) or not (rotten).

I also think they need to get rid of the audience score. I don't see how their audience score is different to other websites with user ratings*

Why would you get rid of audience score?

Why would you get rid of audience score?
Because I don't pay attention to it.

If I want to see audience score, I'd visit Imdb and I stopped looking at those IMDB ratings, back in the early 2010s.
