It's not lack of enthusiasm imho is just that again, they wanted to include so much in this movie that sacrified the story for set up, i really hope that if this movie makes less money than TASM (hope not) but if it does sony rethink their strategy and maybe hires better qualified writters, because i think the actors are great and the director had confidence but the film structure itself suffers from too many plot points even the positive reviews say that

Webb has been guilty of this for 2 strsight films. At some point, the director needs some fault, as well.
