There is no one biggest problem., and as to the first question, I can't even say, in all honesty. It's so bad that such a comparison is meaningless anyway. I'll say this much - if it isn't as bad or worse than B&R, then it most definitely encroaches upon that kind of territory. There were so many parallels to that film that it's just stupefying. From Kafka and Electro's characterizations, to the corny, cheap humor peppered throughout...it's unbelievable to me that this went into production in its current form.
See, this is the sort of thing I'm warning people against. If your problem with the emo dance thing is that it was cheesy, campy, corny, or whatever the flavor of the day is, you might want to think twice before watching this movie. There is no dance scene, but the amount of cheesy, hamfisted "humor" that's strewn all throughout the movie is just staggering.
