Superman Returns Routh's pay check

you get more than 10 if you are a box of magnet, aka tom crusie, will smith, brad pitt and a very few list of others.

but other actors a lot less talented than him are getting $30M already, Spacey deserves at least half as his initial asking price (in my assesment anyway).

but going back to Routh, seems like he's landed his second gig-- doing a voice over for The Batman animation as "Everywhere Man". true its not as lucrative as a movie deal, but it is the first work not related to SR. i dont know how much he got for that, but hopefully its something that will open more doors for him.

The kid needs to get Orlando Bloom's agent, because that no talented bum has some very big films on his CV.

Heard it on Howard Stern this week. Brandon hauled in $300,000 for Superman Returns. Much lower than I would have expected, but I'm sure he'll be raking it in for the sequel.

That's more than Chris Reeve got for STM! :supes:

haha Bloom.... i was really big on LOTR specially in its heyday, but for the life of me i could never understand what the commotion was all about over the friggin elf. but you're right, Routh does have more talent, he can do honest to goodness comedy. its just that Bloom is really big on the teeny bopper crowd, and i'm not sure if thats the direction i'd want Routh to go. also Bloom had the fantastic luck of landing another superhot franchise-- POTC. Routh needs to atleast be in a sleeper hit to even try to mimick Bloom's success.

he went from a bartender's minimum wage to $300,000.... sweet.

What's most offensive to me is that they still pay Richard Gere to be in movies.
