Alright, if this is the idea we are going with I am definently not behind it at all. I guess the way it is looking is that the popular RPGs are going to be played over the non popular. If an RPG dies, it wasn't popular enough to live. If we enstate RPG wide restricitions on characters, that will kill RPGs faster than a seasonal rotation.Well, that would defeat the purpose of the whole idea. The limit would need to be set and followed by all RPG's. For example, say the limit is 4, you couldn't only play in 4 RPG's, you could only play 4 characters. So you could have 2 in Marvel, 1 in Zombie, and 1 in DC and then you reached the limit.
The idea this came from has really changed and I guess I am going to change my vote to "Keep as is." It isn't broken (really) why change it? I just think RPGs pending approval need stricter rules. That way an RPG won't be approved and die within the same week.
