Until I see this film, I'm going to say it's crap. I remember my feeling for D.Darko when it came out and thought "This sound dumb.." but watched it and it's one of my favorite films. But sadly, since this film isn't written or directored by the original director, it doesn't stand much of a chance for living up to the original or having the same flow and feeling of that film either. But I'll check it out on DVD and give it a chance.

She's young, naive, needs more work, needs money, and this film stars her..so of course she took it regardless of not she believes in it.

It's not hard to convince a young actress to do a movie.

Agreed. First one is ok, cult video to rent. The visuals and action didn't make the first film a good film,...so why they're moving in that direction with this one......meh.
