    If anyone ever treats my child like that they better slip out of the country to somewhere like Brazil and have EXTENSIVE facial reconstructive surgery in the hopes that they'll be completely unrecognizable because if I do get my hands on them it will be very, very bad.

    Eh, not a big deal. I told my 4 year old nephew I was going to call the police if he didn't quit tormenting his sister. Needless to say, he stopped - and cried for 10 minutes.

    i was going to say that.

    my mom works at a preschool and me and my dad always joke about going all kindergarten cop on them, but i didn't think someone really would.

    So, let me get this straight: the families live in the Bronx...the kids said they were NOT handcuffed...the parents asked them for a day straight until the kids finally said "yes" to being handcuffed...now they are suing?

    Yeah that only happens in here in the Bronx. You would never hear about something like this happening in the city.

    LOL, but Arnold never handcuffed kids.

    Probably just bad reporting. The mother was most likely asking the kid all day exactly what happened and the kid finally spit out what was wrong. Kids are sometimes hesitant to tell on an authority figure in fear of that person coming back to punish them.
