Cary Elwes has stated many times he wants to come back to the Saw franchise and I doubt he'd reveal a huge spoiler. You also have to remember that Saw at the time wasn't planned to become as big as it is now.

Fans have been wanting to know what happened to him and it's to the point to where they have to show him. The clues regarding his survival and the fact that no body was found indicates that he's most likely alive.

Though i've stopped watching the Saw films since mediocre third installment i do think they continue to make good posters and this one is no exception.

Forgot to mention this but a few months ago i bumped onto a site that had some pics of them doing what i guess were test shots for this movie with a 3D camera.

Now would people actually pay extra to see SAW in 3D? It's hard to say. Who would have thought Saw could have spawned 4 successful sequels in the first place?

His fate is unknown, in the SAW V script, Hoffman looks at a pic of Gordon toward the end and says something to the effect of "it's in your hands now."

It was cut quite possibly because they didn't want to give away his appearance in SAW VI a year in advance.

If he does come back, having him hunt down people like Hoffman that want to follow in Jigsaw's footsteps would be a rather interesting and unexpected route to go in for a third trilogy.

I look forward to this movie. I loved the first two Saws but hated the third, thought the fourth was okay and thought the fifth was actually pretty good. I hope Saw VI is on par with the first two movies.

If gordon does come back it'll revive the saw franchise, it's the only good idea left but I don't care what people say I liked the last one and it I liked all of them....saw is just fun, only fun horror movie franchise left

Yeah I agree with the contingency that thinks this franchise has gotten just plain horrible. Having said that, bring Gordan back would make want to see it, see where they go with it.

The clip is cool yes, and Jigsaw taking on the problems with the healthcare industry is a nice inclusion of the times. Unfortunately, since III, the writers have been scratching so hard to still find away to keep Jigsaw involved in the story that they're starting to contradict their own plot twists from the early movies. Now that they're bringing Amanda back, it may be very difficult to write in and remain believable. Saw V did enough already to contradict her involvement with Jigsaw's plan

wow, that clip just made me want to see this movie the first showing opening day! the editing looks great for a new editor and the cinematography looks fantastic. the trap is very cool and original and i'm glad to see some new interesting things happening...hope the whole movie makes me says 'wow' the way i did when i watched that clip...i was pretty surprised by the acting and the dark humor of the scene, great for tension

the only thing i'd have to say that i wish was different is ever since john died his voice doesn't seem to be as undestinguishable as it used to be. i'm assuming thats because since hes dead he has no reason to throw the cops off his track anymore

Saw 6 Synopsis:
