I like seeing movies in packed theaters when you can get a huge reaction from the audience. Mine was sold out but really didn't get too crazy of reactions. I think the top 3 would be

1. When Bruce first tried to climb out of the pit and then fell....people gasped like they expected him to get right out

2. "so that's what that feels like"

3. Bane vs Batman round one...not a loud reaction, it was more like the whole theater was in shock after watching Batman get destroyed like that. Like a stunned silence.

Any big reactions, cheering, crying, whatever from you guys?

At the midnight premiere show I was at, a few people clapped when the "moment" happened and I wanted to clap with them, but found myself too immersed in the moment to do any such thing.

Batman's "So that's what the feels like" line, and the "Robin" name drop.

Bane lifting Batman over his head to break his back got a HUGE cheer at the KOP IMAX Midnight showing

Batman's first appearance, the "breaking of the Bat", him climbing out of the pit, him reappearing in Gotham, the fire symbol on the bridge, Batman messing up his mask during the last fight, the Robin reference, the scene at the cafe, and, finally the last shot. The audience I first saw it with went nuts.

My crowd was pretty quiet. Only two scenes got reactions: a) "so that's what it feels like" (LOUD laughs from everyone); b) cafe scene

Everyone was quiet through out, the ending got some claps. I was kinda disappointed, I like atmospheres like that.

Bruce/Selina at the cafe, then Blake's rising shot at the cave

Edit: Batman vs Bane part 2

I've seen it three times, and have heard a lot of different reactions.

The first time was a midnight showing after seeing the whole trilogy, and everyone was really into every scene. There was no clapping when Bane broke Bats, just kind of a quiet awe.

The second time, people were a lot more tame. People loved, "So that's what that feel likes," "Oops, nobody told me it couldn't be cracked," and the Robin reveal.

The third time was an afternoon showing during the week. There was a little boy who was complaining about not seeing Batman yet in the beginning and was crying when Batman took the bomb out. Other than that, it was a pretty mellow crowd.

This got murmurs as well. Pretty much my screenings had the same reactions as in here, Catwoman disappearing, Fox saying she likes Bruce's girlfriend, the Robin name drop, etc.

On my viewing, people clapped about 6-7 times during the movie.

Scenes where the audience clapped, that I remember:
-burning Batman sign on the bridge;
-Selina's second kiss with Batman;
-reveal about fixed autopilot;
-Bruce and Selina in the cafe.

The biggest reactions in my theater were for 2 scenes. The first being when Bane takes Batman over his head and injures his back. The second was the reveal at the end that Bruce is alive. Though it wasn't part of the movie, the audience in my theater LOVED the Man of Steel teaser. I heard someone say "oh snap" at the flying scene.

Batman's "So that's what the feels like" line, and the "Robin" name drop.

Same.

Also:

Selina stealing the lambo = Few chuckles

Bruce using the hand held EMP device on the paparazzi = Some hearty laughs

Bane in the prologue saying "For you" = had one person laugh out loud.

Dude next to me got all excited when Lucius mentioned showing Bruce some things for old times sake.

Really sweet crowd, actually. Not to mention the applause from the row behind me, which made me and my friend join in with some claps.

Number 2

And Crane

But my audience was pretty lame overall

You could tell we were probably 2 or 3 Batgeeks in the whole room when nobody reacted to the back breaking

- Batman vs Bane: Round One in The Sewers. At both my showings, the audience gasped at the brutality of Bane as he broke Batman's cowl and spine. There was some stunned silence afterwards -- followed by some commotion ('Holy **** dude', 'Damn...', 'Is this a Rated-R Batman movie?', etc).

- The Robin Unveiling: The crowd loved it. They clapped both times.

- The Talia Reveal: Honestly, the crowd never saw it coming. They were shocked and confused.

- Catwoman pulling The Disappearing Act: Everybody laughed their ass off when Selina vanished on Batman and he said 'So that's how it feels'.

- The Bat-Cat Kiss: The audience went ballistic when Batman and Catwoman finally lip-locked.

- Catwoman blasting away Bane: Fans hated it (me too), but the theater erupted with cheers.

- The Ending Montage: There was a lot of clapping, gasps, cheering, crying, etc in the final five minutes. Alfred tearing up at the gravesite, Blake finding the Batcave, Bruce and Selina at the cafe, the bomb going off and the Batman Statue being uncovered garnered huge reactions.

I can't remember much from my first viewing because I was oblivious to the people around me, but for my second viewing, the audience I was sitting with seemed to the love the Robin reveal the most, and everybody seemed to enjoy John Blake and cheered him on at different times during the film. A few people around me gasp when Talia revealed herself as the child of Ra's.

Biggest reaction was
The Bruce being alive at the cafe.
Several people let out an audible, "YEAH!!!" or "YES". I couldn't help but smile. I love when I see an audience get into a movie.

My theatre had reactions to a lot of the scenes everyone mentioned so far.

Bruce at the end got a lot of claps. JGL's scenes did also.

A lot of the jokes got laughs. Especially Bane's.

Liam Neeson's reveal got huge reactions too. His voice off camera for those few seconds before he comes into frame was just excellent. Cillian also.

^^ Ahh yeah, Crane, my crowd got a good laugh out of his cameo lol!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who had a midnight showing crowd that wasn't as energetic as they usually are. I was kind of disappointed. There was a couple of laughs but no real cheers.

My theater's reactions were pretty tame. Especially compared to the crowd that I saw the Dark Knight with.

The jokes got laughs.

I heard a lot of gasps when Talia had her reveal.

Crowd was dead silent for Bane's breaking of Batman.

The Robin reveal got a reaction.

Both times that I saw the movie the crowds were also silent during this scene. I'm hoping it's because a lot of them were in a bit of shock. I can't imagine a lot of the general audience know much about what Bane did in the comics and were surprised to see Batman get his ass whooped.

Yeah I was really excited and I tapped my wife on the shoulder to try to tell her about it, but the theater was so quiet that I didn't want to make too much noise. I just waived her off and whispered "Tell ya later."

1. "Robin."
2. Crane/Scarecrow showing up out of nowhere.
3. "So, that's what this feels like."
4. Talia's and the knife.
5. The reveal in Florence.

Both screenings had big reactions to those moments.
