Lmfao. I lived through Scream 3 being a disappointment. I'm sure I can live through this being one too.

But yes anyone who went to see Sucker Punch and The Roommate and likes them? Lulz.

I'm sure this film will be good. Pretty much every review so far from every major horror sight says it's awesome. Though, BLoody Digusting did give Paranormal Activity a good review, so we can never be too sure.....

I hated paranormal Activity.

It's the same principal as the original Halloween in my book. The fear of what you did or didn't see in the dark. That kind of deal.

Alot more than a door opening and closing happened in the first Paranormal Activity though.

^^ Lol, like what? a few screams form the downstairs basment? Suspense should come out of nowhere, not hearing it coming. Drag Me To Hell had the suspense build, then silence, and then you didn't know if it was going to come out and startle you or if it was just a false alarm. As for Halloween, Paranormal Activity can't even compare, in my book, lol.

I'm glad i didn't see PA2. Would have been a nightmare, lol.

You're also forgetting the demon's tracks, things slamming against the walls downstairs, the demon's noises itself, Katie becoming possessed, etc.

For what it was it was slightly effective, the Hype oversold it sure, and I'll agree it's nowhere near as good as Halloween, I was simply stating it's a similar concept in that that film you don't see Michael often, and there are points where you think you do, but you don't. It's that kind of thing.

I have been on this site for a while now and it does seem like you hate a lot of movies. A lot of the time I see you posting something negative about any movie that has some hype behind it. Anyway, you call scream 4 tired and busted but you liked The Roomate which is easily one of the worst movies this year. Its not scary, crappy story, crap acting. I did'nt see it but most of my friends did and they all said it was horrible. The trailers for Scream 4 are better than that entire movie. So I would chill on the Scream 4 bashing since you liked that god awful movie. Matter of fact all the movies you listed are miles better than the roomate.

So it begs to question why are you in the Scream 4 boards if you don't like it or don't want to see it. Seems to me you are trying to troll.

I don't care how bad people say a movie is, I wouldn't dare say 'That movie is better than that movie', if I had not seen both of them to make a comparison, how you can do that in the first place in mindboggling to me, but to then take another poster to task over trolling, and questioning her integrity and opinion into the bargain on the strength of that statement...that is realitywarpingthunderstruckwhowhathowwhatthewhodoyouthinkyouare?!!

Sometimes it's more interesting to read someone's opinion of a movie that they didn't like, I don't see the problem with that. And besides the point, but she writes up positive reviews as well, if anything she is just a bit more discerning and thorough in her appraisals of movies than most other posters are generally. Nothing wrong with that.
