Man those comments are pissing me off and they're everywhere!

it's like WB promoting JL the same way they just did WW, great posters, concealed trailers with slight tease like Ares.

and now a bunch of fans go ape on them, lol. WW fans are so much nicer (except Mad Love)

the 2nd half of the trailer's littered with the tease "hope", red cape and Sup's music...

I hear you. Even knowing why they're going about it this way, I can only imagine how crappy a feeling it must be to have your favorite character excluded from most of the promotional material and such. It requires a great deal of patience on your part.

She might. I mentioned this earlier, but I was somewhat curious as to why Steppenwolf neglected to mention the Amazons during his 'no protectors' speech. It would seem that they were the only perceived threat standing in his way, and with them soundly defeated (?), he feels the Earth is ripe for the taking.

I hope WB stays calm and sane and believe in what they're doing post WW, don't come up with a Sup christ pose in the final trailer as a "there! are you happy now!" and then Sup fans go nuts over revealing too much and ruining the movie.

I absolutely would never say that. I was disappointed that they showed Steppenwolf to a degree. They botched BVS with Doomsday. Wasn't happy about that. I just don't understand how you can make a film called Justice League and not use Superman in the marketing. We get it, he's dead, but we also know he's going to be in the movie...that's not a huge shocker for anyone.

I think that's from the intro which happens some thousands of years ago when Steppenwolf invades Earth for the first time fighting Amazons, Atlanteans and also Humans. But I wouldn't rule it out, because Steppenwolf invades again so he has to make a grand entrance. However, look at these screenshots below:
