I don't get why she would try to fight it... she doesn't even like the name

The problem is, that wouldn't actually happen, at least not anytime soon. Jennifer Walters was already associated with the name, which means until enough time passed that she ceased to be associated with it in the public eye,
she would *also* be associated with everything Titania used the name to market and promote. And while Jennifer isn't a fan of the name, she's much less of a fan of a sociopathic celebrity using it to sell scam products.
Basically, if the person jumping in to claim the She-Hulk name were Wala Jennikovic, gamma powered Polish superheroine who used her powers to save people from bank robbers and burning buildings? Jennifer would probably be a *lot* less interested in fighting over a trademark.
