Yeah I'd put her over Grant as well. Sometimes I feel like he struggles with some of the more dramatic stuff, but I'd still put him over the Arrow and LoT people.

I thought the episode was ok.

The opening with the punch and disregard for the children’s safety made me laugh. Like damn, Lena!

All I could think of with the little girl...



Lena trying not to be like the rest of her family only to do so now made me chuckle.

I didn’t think it was even up for debate that Melissa’s the best lead acting wise. Both Grant and Cress are fine actors, but Melissa’s simply put on another level.

To my knowledge she’s the only one who’s done legit outside projects. Sundogs, Patriots Day, Lowriders, and Waco. The producers of Waco were so impressed with her that they expanded her part. Kevin Smith gushes over her as an actor, he’s worked with Grant and doesn’t gush. Sort of side note the Smith written and directed Jay and Silent Bob reboot with Melissa as a gender swapped Chronic is playing in a limited run in theaters starting next week. She made her Broadway debut as the star and that’s not normally how that works. She got nothing but rave reviews. Carole King loved her performance and had some very specific praise for it. She got her caricature at Sardi's restaurant, anyone who knows about Broadway knows that’s a huge honor and practically unheard of for someone who’s just made their debut.

Didn't really see what Lena did to Eve coming so had a nice shock factor for me.

I very much enjoy Melissa but in my mind nobody holds a candle to Jesse L. Martin really enjoy every bit of Joe West we get was so glad to see him back.
