Awesome. :woot:

I really, really hope Jon somehow finds out Rickon is on Skagos and sends Davos after him.

They could but the thing is Jon doesn't know Rickon and Bran are alive. One of my favorite chapters in the books is Davos's first chapter in ADWD. The atmosphere, the tone. Martin just painted such a chilling picture.

Book Stannis? Don't see it happening.

Show Stannis? I guess so.

But if book Stannis does it it will have been the major turning point for him and the right time we would be angry at him for all the right reasons leading up to it. That's assuming Stannis even has Shireen killed.

Wow, the end of season and this season I actually starting to like Stannis for the first time, I never liked him previously and now I don't like him at all, I hope him and the Boltons manage to murder each other with Sansa taking over Winterfell.

I love how they made Jorah just seem to snap and chuck a spear at Dany. I knew he wouldn't but it still caught me off guard.

Wow, amazing how the opinion for Stannis changed overnight, i still remember 2 seasons ago making a case against him and the fanaticism of the Red Priestess, but most said he did right because Rhlor is "the true god".

I haven't particularly cared about him since the start. I didn't care when he lost at Blackwater, the only character I cared about there was Tyrion. But at the end of season 4 and the start of 5 I was warming to him. Then this happened.

Personally I've liked Stannis for a long time but it took time to warm up to him. I watched the first few seasons then read the books and really started digging his character a lot especially with the angel/devil thing with Davos and Mel. In the books he's still my second choice for the Iron Throne as long as Davos is still hanging out with him. In the show, he just lost support from pretty much everyone.

My boy Davos is gonna raise hell when he comes back and I can't wait.

He's probably going to have the doe in hand when he hears of it just to make it extra sad. :(

People are mad about the characterization of Stannis, but why no outrage at them turning Meryn Trant into a pedo?

Because no one, anywhere, liked Meryn f****** Trant.

"And it will all be worth it. Because you are the son of fire, you are the warrior of light. You will sweep aside this pretender, and that one. You will be king."

Keep in mind he just got done almost choking her to death earlier in this scene. If he loses the war for the throne, I foresee another throttling for her.

I've never been team Stannis and now he's totally irredeemable. His daughter was the only thing I liked about him, too. It was interesting that his wife was the remorseful one. All in all it's very disturbing and a direction this show is going towards a little too much.

That ending released years of pent up dragon energy from my body.

Hah! If the show does anything like the books then like the song says "You ain't seen nothing yet."

What is Stannis' plan exactly anyway? Get to Winterfell, beat the Boltons and then march through winter all the way to King's Landing, a place he couldn't take with a much larger army earlier?

He'll have 5 guys left by the time he gets to the capital, assuming he doesn't burn them all along the way.

Well, horrifically murdering your innocent young daughter who unconditionally loves you in hopes that it will fulfill some vague prophecy generally doesn't endear a person to anyone.

Book Stannis wants to unite the entire North first and march onto King's Landing just before winter hits.

TV Stannis? I have about as much of a clue as the writers do, use Winterfell as a stronghold against the Whites?

whatever happened to Gendry? Its been so long that I cant even remember

last i recall, he was sent off in a rowboat by davos
i wouldn't mind seeing him again

Also shows what a crappy bodyguard Daario is. Watching the games and looking down Dany's dress when any protector worth his salt would have been watching the crowd, especially behind them.
