It's still not as bad the guy who suggested Paul Giamatti as The Joker.
Paul Giamatti would make a great Ventriloquist though in my opinion.
I think as far as the Joker's concerned, we need someone who has a ferocity that comes across on camera. Aside from that, we also need someone who can deliver comedic lines well. The Joker has to be one of the most diverse characters ever created in my opinion.
I would like to see Leonardo DiCaprio as the Riddler. I think he could pull off that character well (and fix the damage left by Jim Carrey's version. Sorry if you're a fan, but I love the Riddler and thought that was just horrible). Bring some darkness and intensity to the character.
I think Philip Seymour Hoffman would be a great Penguin. As far as comic accurate goes, I think he could do it. I can't really think of any actors to fit that role though, so I'll have to get back to you on that one. Jason Alexander?
Vin Diesel as Killer Croc. Of course, it would be the less mutated version. Either that, or I'd want him as Bane.
Hugh Jackman for Harvey Dent/Two-face. I think he's a great actor and would be great as Two-face.
Ron Perlman for Clayface, all the way. He did the voice so well in the animated show, made Clayface so memorable for me.
Gwyneth Paltrow for Poison Ivey. Not only is she a beautiful and talented actress, but she also has that natural fragility that resembles a flower. I think she could bring a lot of diversity to that role.
Hugo Weaving as Hush (if that character ever stood a chance of being introduced on celluloid).
I could see Jude Law as The Mad Hatter. I think the man has such a talent for delivering poetic lines, and he could bring a darkness to the character.
Ian McKellen as Mr. Freeze. He's perfect in my opinion.
That's it for my cast list.
