Well, not entirely to itself, as the Hellboy film comes out the weekend after Shazam. Though I have no idea yet what the perception to this new film will be. Maybe we'll have a better idea this Thursday after the trailer drops.

Given Hellboy has never been more of a modest hit, I doubt it'll hurt Shazam

Shazam will be fine, it has three weeks to itself and all the formats and there's enough of a gap between it and CM.

I sure hope Shazam brings it home for DCEU because the universe could use another hit to at least keep the momentum going

i really want Shazam! to be a hit, Levi is super cool and the movie looks awesome, so im praying for good numbers cuz it totally deserve it

Here for that, plus a new Batman (stay away Affleck ) and we should wait 4 Barry, we all know how he's always so ****ing late, even when he's the fastest on the universe that would be a JL movie i would love to watch

I...don't know. Not that sub count should be an indication of reliability, but he's only got 399, his videos aren't exactly in the millions when it comes to views, and the videos have that same setup with that TV glare in the background.

Now maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps this guy is legitimate. But I wouldn't buy it, even if he does have good things to say.

it could be an early showing, some studios do that, specially WB, i remember some ppl saw Gaga's ASIB a year earlier and they got questions about the film, so they could edit or see if ppl think it has pacing issues, idk, but.... there would be more rumours or ppl on internet braggin about it

well, at least he's hyping the movie
