I would have liked a more fantastical tone but maybe those elements just are not shown in the trailer.
For what it's worth, I laugh-sprayed a bit the coffee I was drinking watching the trailer's end, it means it did its job, I guess.

I like that they've been keeping two elements from the movie under wraps so far.

Like what? I am looking forward to the movie but did not follow any leaks or whatnot...

I'm thinking a lot of the fantastical scenes are being kept under wraps. Aquaman really kept a lot out of the trailers as well. Which is quite alright to me. Aquaman thrived on word of mouth from the audience. I hope the same goes for Shazam.

They really don't need to show the Shazamily, or the Deadly Sins.
Save them for the movie.

If you want to see them look at the toys, they've spoiled enough there.


Exactly! The same irritable (I need everything shown now!) people clamoring for them to reveal everything, are the same that then go on to cry I was so bored, there was nothing new that I didn't know about already.
Never listen to them, they will be miserable no mater what..

And Billy and Freddy discovering the powers are absolutely fun and whimsical enough, and are carrying these trailers.

That 3 minute sneak peek of Shazam with Aquaman movie (iTunes digital download) is incredible, now I can't wait for this movie !

I don't know why but I vibed more with the first trailer than this one. Think the first had a more fantastic feeling about it.

Still can't wait for this, I've named it my Jumanji 2 movie of the year (meaning I think it could potentially be a hell of a lot better than anyone is expecting)
