I hope Olsen improves on Wanda's accent. That's the only complaint I have of her character in AoU where her accent was on/off bad and distracting. Unlike Aaron's QS accent which was great and never broke out of the Eastern Euro accent.

The corset-like top and leather leggins remind me a lot of a comic costume but I can't put my finger on which one.
Maybe Ultimate version?

At this point she would have been living in the US for a year, so maybe that version will be more fitting now ;)

I really dig the SW costume. Its cool/grounded without being too over the top.

Scarlet Witch looks so divine. Bucky looks pudgy in this still.

I love how everyone is all geared up in badass tac gear, but Wanda is wearing a corset and some leather pants. Her fighting style is so different from the rest of the team.

Finally found some concept art featuring her.

I feel like her and Vision will still sort of be figuring out the extent of their powers in Civil War. It's like they have the potential to be the most over powered people on each team, but instead they'll be more like wild cards.

Plus I imagine they'd both have reasons for not wanting to fight in this dispute, but if they decide to go down the road of them getting together, its very interesting that this promo material is matching them up as opponents. Maybe they find that they're the only ones that can match each other, in more ways than one.

one burning question remains though
Did Ultron give his future body man-junk? and if he did.. why??

Vision: "I've made a startling discovery about my abilities."

Wanda: ".... go on."

(actually given that Ultron in the comics has something of an oedipus complex going on, I wouldn't be surprised if each of his bodies had secret hardware)

Interesting too that neither Scarlet Witch nor Vision have a caption in the concept art. Obviously something is being kept secret...

They're not fighting, they're "Buffy/Spike-ing".

Because Ultron wanted to be with Wanda.

That's why he created Vision in the first place. Think about it. On the train, Ultron begged SW not to betray him. Later on the train, Ultron said "If you stay here, you die." Ultron loved her. After Black Widow took the cradle away from Ultron, Ultron was all about murder. Natasha had cut off Ultron's balls in a metaphorical sense.

Does/would anyone ship ScarletUltron?

I could imagine a sitcom where a jealous Ultron walks in on Wanda cuddling with Vision. Sorry Ultron, but Vision has all the real boy parts. You're just a robot. Vision is the real deal!

I don't think so. The captions are mostly just repeating news we've already hear.

Yes, but the fact that there's no caption for either SW, Vision, or Hawkeye means they don't want to reveal anything about their fight, or perhaps too because they're not officially dedicated to a team. There may be more to SW and Vision's face off that they're keeping mums about here.

Or they might not just have particularly large roles. Even War Machine's is just "He might die because he's unconscious in the trailer."

What I'm curious about is if they're going old school and making her magic. Just purely hex powers via "chaos magic" or if they'll eventually reveal that she's a complex being that can manipulate reality. Not magic, just super scifi. I'm thinking that she'll get more powerful, but will never reach full potential. Nerfed for story's sake. I mean, she could rival the Infinity Gauntlet if the let her loose like in the comics. "No more Thanos."

Also, her relationship, I hope, will grow with The Vision in this. Concept art shows them duking it out, but me think Vision will switch sides because of her. Don't think he's the mole. Don't think it's Black Widow, either. Too obvious. I'm wondering about Rhodey, honestly. He's seen how dismissive and dangerous government control can be, even though he is an adamant military man. Just thinking outloud. Wrong thread for this. But yes, I want to see her and Vision become an item. A miracle and an artificial soul.

Yes! I totally agree! Omg. It was so noticeably bad that she'd slip. It was like, "No other takes? Couldn't afford those?" Aaron Johnson did a great accent. Not only that, but his accent seemed like a different region then hers. And they're supposed to be brother and sister. Sigh. Course they clipped Thor's vision scene, making nigh nonsensical. I had some problems with Age of Ultron, aka Weekend at Ultron's.

I think Wand's powers were always about manipulating reality on some level. It started out "altering probabilities." That sounds like reality warping to me.

Exactly people act like this power came from nowhere.

Maybe it's because some people have trouble understanding what her powers truly are or how they work.
