Should I get Xbox 360 now or wait for PS3?

Exactly, i always thought it was funny, and never did i take it seriously.

That's how it goes alot of the times when you're dealing with J-games. Throw in weird stuff like that.. but I just don't think it really fits with the tone of the game.

It's like putting an Adam West Batman Villain into Batman Begins. It just doesn't work.

The MGS series is sorta like Batman Returns, where the plot, characters and other story elements are quite sober and thoughtful, while the action (or in the case of MGS, the gameplay) is often cartoony and lighthearted. Come on, you see flashing exclaimation and question marks over the guards' heads, vision cones and kinds of wierd-ass kinks all over and still think the game takes itself that seriously?

Who knows? We haven't seen enough of the PS3 to say. I honestly think the PS3 will only be slightly better. I don't there's going to be a big difference between the two.

GPU and bandwidth are better. The CPU is easier to develop on, so if you take that as being better, sure. The Cell is slightly better than the 3-core X360 CPU.. though, it lags on basically everything else.

Duh, because it's the SONY press conference.

Otherwise, the only thing that the PS3 has over the X360 is the CPU, Blu-Ray (which I still think isn't even an improvement) and a 60GB HD in the "Pay-out-the-ass" SKU.

Theoretically. The Cell Processor seems to have some trouble getting worthy yeilds. About 20%.

dude, ive already played xbox 360 and i did not like it.
up until now the ps3 looks better, when it comes out and i play it if its worse than the 360 i will admit. But can you?
