FOR EVERY ADULT I HAVE PLAYED ON XBOX ONLINE, I HAVE PLAYED JUST AS MANY KIDS. IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW THIS MAYBE YOU DON'T HAVE XBOX LIVE AT ALL.

I have no idea what your range of kids, is though. Because apparently it halts at 15. And, if that is the case.. I have met MANY more 15 yr olds and up playing XBL than younger.![]()

But my original point was the games appeal to more than just 12 year olds.Horrorfan said:Im not insulting people who like those games, but you can clearly see they are aimed at a much younger audience than say gears of war or resident evil and more mature themed games. Thats all I'm saying. Nintendo NEEDED this revolution because they were loosing touch with a large portion of the gaming public. Im not knocking them either, just saying how it is.
DAD, OKAY. WHATEVER. BUT ITS PRETTY OBVIOUS THERE ARE ALOT OF CHILDREN ON THERE. I GET AGGROVATED BY THEM ON A DAILY BASIS. MY USER NAME IS RAYMONDPOE. AND IT PISSES ME OFF WHEN I'M ON A TEAM FILLED WITH NOOBS/KIDS WHO CAUSE ME TO LOSE.THWIP* said:SON, I'VE HAD 'XBL' SINCE EARLY 2002.![]()

Spidey-Bat said:Not really. They have 2 games that look to be amazing (TP and MP3:C). Red Steel looks to be very good (atleast the gunplay), Excite Truck and Rayman look good, and Wii Sports, although very simple, looks to be very fun. Trauma Center is also a launch title, WarioWare Smooth Moves might be one.
Then there's the multi-platform games like Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and Call of Duty 3. You can even count the Virtual Console games. Who doesn't want to play something like Super Mario Bros. 3 on a big screen TV?
So far, the Wii has a pretty solid launch with games for a whole variety for everyone. It's definately not the greatest, but Nintendo is definately improving. The Gamecube had a pretty weak launch, Melee coming out in December was what really helped it sell then. The N64 had a terrible launch of 2 games (even though SM64 was amazing).
Have you played a WarioWare? They're very fun and addictive, plus they're great for people with ADD. Twilight Princess counts because the Cube and Wii version are different enough to consider them seperate.
XwolverineX said:Actually, not it doesn't. They're exactly the same, but the Wii version is equipped with a gimmick.
Sloth7d said:Seems the same way you feel about the Wii is how I feel about the 360
XwolverineX said:I can't believe people are actually excited about the Wii's lineup. Zelda is the power that backs Nintendo, it's their best franchise. Zelda is to Nintendo, like Halo is to Msoft, MGS is to Sony, and SE is to JapanO).. The fact that it's on Nintendo's last gen system, greatly lowers my will to buy a Wii. Warioware and Wii Sports my be great games to you guy's, but I would never buy those titles, especially at full price. I bought the original Warioware game for the GBA, and was completely underwhelmed. Just like in the Case of Nintendogs and Animal Crossing. Fun for 30 minutes, then just damn boring. So what's left, SSBB, MP3 and Red Steel, a game that is being completely re-worked because.. well... it sucked. SSBM is a great game, really fun. MP3 I loathe, all it is is backtracking, god, how fun.
So, in my opinion, SSBB is all ya got. And I'll say MP3 aswell, due to the fact that loads of people seems to find tedious backtracking amusing.
PS3 has, for me : MGS4, DMC4, Heavenly Sword, Assasins Creed, FFXXIII, FFVXIII, Gran Turismo HD, Tekken 6, Virtua Fighter 5, Next Gen Naughty Dog, R&C 5, etc..
360 has, for me again: Halo 3, Gears of War, Mass Effect, SC: DA, Fable 2, Alan Wake, Bioshock, DOA4, Oblivion, Ninja Gaiden 2, Forza Motorsport 2, etc..
And to cap it all off, all the good multi-platform games are on 360 and PS3 ONLY, no Wii. RE5, GTAIV, Half-life 2, F.E.A.R, etc.. So if you only pick one system, add those to the 360 list and PS3 list.
