I mean like how they did in S:TAS where they had Superman the only survivor of Krypton should that be the case in the comics? I kind of liked the idea of Superman being the only person to survive Kryptons explosion besides the people trapped in the Phantom Zone.

yea sure, make hims "The last sone of krypton again" it makes him alittle more unique, with all these kryptonians flying around these days, he is not so alone anymore.

Yea I was thinking more like S:TAS where the only other people from Krypton came from the Phantom Zone and how Supergirl came from Krypton's sister planet and even though she was not related to Superman he still looked upon her as family.

Just how many Kryptonians are running around nowadays? I've lost count. :o

Superman
Supergirl
Chris Kent
The third guy from Krypton (who has yet to come forward)
Zod
Ursa
Nod
and about 25 people they released.

I doubt it'll happen since DC loves bringing in the classic Kryptonian threats ala Zod. Would it be nice? Yes, but I doubt DC is going to rewrite history again since we just went through another Crisis.

Oh they can keep Zod and Usra and Nod similar to how Superman: The Animated Series had Jax-Ur and Mala (meaning they are only there because of the Phantom Zone). But other then that they should be it.

To answer the question, Yes.

I very much like the idea of Superman being the "Last Son/Soul Survivor of Krypton" as it makes him a bit more unique than what we had during the silver age, and now with Kryptonians being much more common these days.

I would hope if there was any reality to the mythos,.. there would be kryptonians on other planets,.. I never liked the retcon that locked kryptonians to one world,.. here they had all this high tech and they didn't explore their solar system? they had no real space craft? they were not aware of the results of a higher freq of radiation on their systems?

Meh.

There SHOULD be a few hundred Kyrptonians cruising around the Galaxy,...

having one man,.. one girl, a dog and a pack of criminals in an alternate dimension not including a city of miniterized people is not enough.

V.

I forgot all about the city in the bottle. There could be thousands maybe millions of Kryptonians living there.

Who the **** is Chris Kent?

The son of Zod and Ursa, who was adopted by superman and Lois. Where the hell have you been dude?

Avoiding Johns and Donner's Action Comics run like the ****ing plague. You?

how is it possible to have a kid in the Phantom Zone anyway?

The same way it's possible to have a kid anywhere else. You see, when a man and a woman love each other very much...

But heres the thing, peple don't age in the Phantom Zone, plus they become phantoms, anyway so how is it possible for the kid to have aged 8 years, when nothing else does?

Yes Supes should be the only one.

(besides Zod and them from the Phantom Zone)

In a related story, there have also been way too many Robins/Bat-sidekicks. :o

Maybe the Phantom Zone just keeps people from aging past their prime, or past whatever age they're at when they enter if it's already past their prime.

Or, more likely, Johns and Donner thought, "Wouldn't it be awesome if Zod and Ursa had a kid and he grew in the Phantom Zone?! What? That doesn't make sense? Dude, it's the Silver Age again--it doesn't have to make sense!!!!!!!!111"

yeah, i dont mind tim. but they should've ended at jason todd. batman does'nt need sidekicks,he needs allies.

Superman should have been the last survivor of Krypton.

In a classic sence,Superman should be the sole survivor..but the Kryptonian Criminals is also classic. As for Chris Kent..new stories have to be written somehow..i dont know who the character is either.
