I'm genuinely curious this time. Get ready for some lyrics!!

No really, I'm curious. :o In reading and hearing and being in conversations with people on different mediums of communication I have noticed a lot of repressed anger. Like, everybody vents about something, and everybody says stuff they would never say to someone else's face.

Now it's normal to talk behind people's backs, but I mean, combine that with the fact that a hypothetical situation is created where the person venting actually quotes themselves with what they wanted to say to someone at a certain time, and I mean, what the heck.

It confuses the friK out of me. If you got a problem with someone just say it to their face. Someone pisses you off, tell them to choke on a shotgun. Why is it in human nature to be unconfrontational?:huh::huh:

...Damn now I'm wondering about hypocrisy. :o

I totally know what you mean - including the hypocrisy part. I always tell people that if they have a problem, they should just be out with it. But I can't stand conflict, myself. Especially when it happens in the workplace. :down
