Siege

Whisper-3 sounds pretty intentional. You grab a guy to block energy blasts with, you'd better be damn sure he's tough enough to resist them or you've pretty much intentionally killed him.

The very thought that Norman Osborn is somehow controlling Odin makes me ill. :o Personally, I'm hoping it's just the Void in the Sentry's body. Certainly a big enough threat to keep the Cabal in line, plus it would just be an awesome plot twist on its own.

Don't really know what to make of the other one. A Superman parallel, obviously. The Sentry seems too obvious. Maybe the Squadron Supreme's Hyperion returns to Earth-616? Or the Squadron Sinister's. Hmm.

Chances are it's none of the people on the teaser poster. It wouldn't be the first time that stuff has happened. Teasers, solicits and covers are almost always completely off. Actually that's probably a good list of people it can't be.

True. Still, knee-jerk reaction to seeing Odin as even a possible candidate. I don't care how dumb the general public of Marvel USA is, ain't no way Norman stupidface Osborn should ever be able to put a leash on Odin.

They should just bring back the evil Hyperion from the Exiles.

Actually, maybe its a teaser for Marvelman?

EDIT: Nevermind, Marvelman doesn't seem to wear a cape, unless they want to add one or whatever.

You tell me how many times teaser posters had anything to do with anything that actually happens. This is just marketing deciding to toss in a bunch of random powerful people for no other reason than to stir things up. It'll probably be the void. The only person possible would be a fractured scarlett witch on that listing.

What's Thanos doing these days? Not that I think he's Osborn's secret weapon, he'd probably vaporise him as soon as look at him.

Thanos is currently pushing up daisies. Drax ripped his heart out in Annihilation.

at this point it had BETTER be the Void or I'll be very disappointed.

I'm thinkiing it's the Beyonder. Remember Bendis changed him into a mutant randomly out of the blue and we haven't seen him since? Either the Beyonder or the Void. I remember the Sentry owning Dr. Doom quite easily(which shouldn't have happened btw)and Osborn seems to be talking to the Void a couple of times in DA. So maybe...............

A mutant Inhuman :whatever:

And Emma Frost has part of the Void in her brain or something right now. I assume that's to keep him in check but I missed some of that storyline...

The Beyonder popped in my head too, but what would be in it for him to work FOR Norman? I thought the same thing about Mephisto. The Sentry/Void would make the most sense to me, compared to the other two. All 3 have the ability to shock Dr. Doom like what was shown before, but The Sentry would be the easiest to wrap my head around.

Unless Norman offered his soul to Mephisto for his assistance, though I don't know why Mephisto would go through all the trouble just for Norman's soul.

I've just convinced myself that the Beyonder tricked everybody into thinking that. Stupid Bendis.

That preview of DA #12 has me thinking that the Void will fully take over Sentry's body. Probably a costume change for the Sentry (darker version). I highly doubt that's Marvelman/Miracleman, although that would be great.
