Well, there's one. Spidey's tomorrow.
So I'm kind of going to do what Carnage did and apply for a sidekick without a mentor. Just feel like playing Roy honestly.

Character Name: Roy Harper Jr; Speedy
Alignment: Hero
Character Speech Color and Font: Firebrick Impact for Roy / Bold for Speedy
Powers and Abilities:
Roy has no superpowers, but he has experience as a Native American huntsman, using all the weapons that may entail. This has led to him learning to identify, track, stalk, and covertly kill targets. He holds a greater advantage outside the concrete jungle or environments frequently covered in humans due to the environmental disturbances being less constant. He is superbly agile and able to take fighting positions at the drop of a hat.
His weapon of choice is a compact bow, similar to that which he learned to hunt with. However, his quiver contains many sorts of arrow with chemical, technical, or mechanical tweaks that differentiate it from the tried and true weapons of the ancients, thanks to assistance and sponsorship of the Green Arrow himself. He can be found using a compact grappling line and other technical gear due to the sheer practicality of it, though.
His outfit consists of a tight-fitting red, sleeveless shirt, tucked into a pair of identically shaded pants and a yellow utility belt. He wears yellow boots, gloves, and a pointed cap featuring a red feather. A stylized letter S is planted over his left pectoral, and it can be removed to act as an emergency pair of shurikens.
Character Origin/Major Events:
Roy Harper Sr had been a park ranger outside a Native American reserve. He wandered into the reserve and recklessly entered the woods with his son by his side. In a drunken stupor, Roy Harper Sr was mauled to death by a mother bear. Before he died though, he made a smart alec comment about how his son was speedy. The local people overheard this and mistook the adjective for a proper noun, leading to them referring to him explicitly as Speedy. The chief Brave Bow adopted him and raised him as one of their own for several years. He was trained as a hunter. With nothing but time on his hands and few friends, he excelled in his archery skills.

Why this character?
I've wanted to play as Speedy for a while, really. I want to cover his stints of drug use and the hipocrisy involved, the dramatic reveal to his friends and family, and generally play the baddest teenage sidekick besides Jason Todd. All in all I think Roy Harper is an interesting character. People have done a lot of work to distinguish him from Robin, though Teen Titans may have purposefully taken a few steps backward.
What can you bring to the RPG?
Another candidate for setting up a Teen Titans team through interaction as well as some ideas for how to get there. If that's not enough, I can bring a pool towel and wear it like a burka.

The Watchtower
Stake-out. GA wanted me to wait around until I saw someone walk through a door. Not just any door though, he wanted me to wait for someone to open a door with hinges on both sides. Mechanically impossible.
A rustling doorknob was shaking like it was having a stroke though.
Then it stopped. The door's frame swung out, separating from the wall itself. A ghoulish pale figure crept through the doorway swaddling a giant key/gun against his chest. His shuddering breaths puffed in all directions - every single one but mine. It was uncanny and downright disturbing. I felt him creeping through the crevices of my consciousness like a cockroach.
So I took action.
Twang! The snapping sound of my bow surged across the room, a red beam streaking directly beside his flapping silver hair as he shifted to the side.
He's fast!
"Who is this guy!"
Outreaching his arm, he held the long brassy metal weapon my way before a pressurized purple liquid splashed out its end. I tumbled out of the way, not stopping until I'd safely made my way behind a concrete wall at the beginning of a hallway.
"You weren't supposed to engage him, Speedy! Observe and report."
"That lunatic tried shooting me with a key!"
"That's his entire persona, really. He's unlocked the other 90% of his brain and wants to remove everyone from the husks he views as locking us down."
"Then I'll return the favor!" Diving my hand into my utility belt, I snatched a small cylindar with a red button on top. It did exactly what it sounds like it should. The arrow I'd used earlier was a small package. The shaft was just big enough to carry a couple ounces of a fast drying, milky white liquid that would explode. Courtousy of Spider-Man, we had The Key on lockdown.

-A band of outlaws from Star City wandered into the reservation, leading to Roy apprehending them with his bow. Impressed by Roy's archery skills, The Green Arrow officially took Speedy on as his apprentice, bringing him back with him to Star City and placing him in The Arrow Cave.

-GA initially believed that Roy's name was literally Speedy. He was corrected after a time, leading up to Oliver revealing his secret identity. Seeing as Roy had no means of living, he was legally adopted as Oliver's son and placed in his custody.

So who all's down for a titanic team-up? Fret not, I'll do the work of setting it up IC before we all 'just so happen' to cross paths, but I wanna know who all I should give a stake in it. I have some ideas for villains and plot, but I'll hammer the specifics out. Unless y'all are already working on it. I'd imagine Carnage with Wally, Spidey with Robin, and possibly Eddie with Spidey. Am I missing anyone or presumptuously assuming you'd want involvement?
Also, just a quick mention since it hasn't gotten many views. I made a proposal for a DC game set on Earth-3. Naturally, I invite you over to it. If not enough are interested, I'll take it to the Guild. Thank you and you may resume your regularly scheduled programming

Titans business, eh? Glad to see the early push. It's been a while since the team has come together in one of these games. Unfortunately, though I'd love to be the sole PC Marvel representative, this Spidey has aged out of the group somewhat.

Basically I want the Titans to be a crazy group of super powered (or not) kids doing crazy superhero kids stuff.
I'd love to work with you on that Carnage. I'll PM you some ideas I have on that front for NPCs I have in mind and other stuff to work up.
