Horror Sinners - Michael B. Jordan/Ryan Coogler Reunite

Replace Sheryl Fenn with Jennifer Beals and you got something here.
I could see that.

Then again, i could see several other actors in the roles other than the one I happened to pick.

I could see Gary Oldman as Remmick, or Sidney Poitier as Delta Slim.

I could even see an early 90s Tupac as Smoke and Stack .

Remmick hints at his life in Ireland before he was turned. Did you create a backstory for him?

If I can lay claim to bringing anything to the party, it was “Go Lassie,” one of the ballads. It’s a Scottish song, the second song you hear the trio singing. That’s pretty much the only thing I invented. Everything else was on the page—that’s all Ryan.

Yeeeeeah, Pac would’ve been great as Smoke/Stack.

Kinda like being Lucky in Poetic Justice and Bishop in Juice lol.
I can see 2pac, but its important to remember that the Stack twins were much older than 2pac. They've already been in World War 1 and been in Chicago for 7 years. 2pac died at 25.

I think Laurence Fishburne would be great for the 90s twins.

Going with the guy who would have nailed the dance moves as Remmick.

He would totally nail it too .

JFK kinda gives a hint of how he may have played Remmick in the 90s

Yeah I finally saw this last night and not much to say really which hasn't already been said. The movie is unique and familiar at the same time. All characters get their moment and you get enough background on each one to sympathise with them but also want to know more. Which the movie cleverly let's your imagine fill in without telling you.

Great music all around as well as performances. Like a few others I want to see it again before giving a final score but for now I give it 9/10.
