Who would like to see a Two hour finale where Superman and Lex have there first true battle?

Thats the way Smallville should end with a two hour tv movie.. Welling in the suit, and lex as evil as lex can be.......

How many threads have I seen like this before? I mean, just post it in another thread insteading of starting your own...

Which audience do you speak of? The Smallville audience that either couldn't care less about SR, or is actually sitting there wondering why SR doesn't match up with SV?

The audience for SV would gladly watch this :)

A Superman/Lex mud wrestle?
Dude, I'm SO there.

this is the only way the creators could end this show on a high note, giving the dedicated fans a treat.......

....................................if God loves me that won't happen.

...............and I'm sure he does. Now I hope he punishes you severely for using his name in vein by making this happen.

How would they fight? I suppose if Lex still had his powers it would work...but I want him to lose his powers by mid-season 6 at the latest.

Say what you will about how Smallville is its own canon and all, but I don't think Lex should have super-powers for any extended period of time, least of all once Clark becomes Superman. The fact that Lex Luthor doesn't have any superpowers while Superman is the most powerful superhero on the planet is what makes the dynamic so great.

Cant picture Welling with the suit, really...

But yeah that would be great to see them fight until the very end of the series

They definitely need a shot of Superman hovering outside of Lex Luthor's window like in the comics.

Why does everyone always want to end the show??

i for once would like the series to last at least 3 more seasons :D but the truth is that it might last 2 more and thats it and after this disapointing week we the Fans want to see a real Superman in tights

They're just speculating on the ending, what's wrong with that?

2 more seasons are more than enough, anything could happen after that. :)

Yeah, I mean how many threads have been created about people thinking it should end this season?

Well, the show should definitely end before it gets stale, repetitive, or unbelievable within the context of the story. I would rather see the show go out with a bang than a whimper.

Perhaps some people want it to end because they already believe the show is stale, repetitive, or unbelievable.

whats so unbelievable about a alien from outerspace living amongst human and becoming a celebrity with amazing powers?

michael jackson did it.

;P

Notice I said "unbelievable within the context of the story."

At -some- point, Clark is going to have to move away from Smallville permenantly. At that point, the show should end. Seven seasons would mean three years since his graduation from high school, and some might argue that's too long for him to still be living on the farm doing superdeeds around the place.

Regardless of what viewers think of the episodes leading up to the end it will always end with a bang, because the ending is going to be the absolute ultimate ending of all endings.

That's what I think anyway. :D
