Good deal.

After your 1st post I looked it up then walked around to the one co-worker I've been talking with the most and he abandoned his Blue in favor of a Joye very quickly. Cited battery problems and overrall dissatisfaction with the Blu. Loves the Joye, though.

The Joye 510 is great. I bought a USB passthru so when I'm at home I just vape while on my computer. I'm vaping right now. I love all the different flavors as well. If you do try it I suggest Fluecured and RY4. From what I've read, Blu provided really horrible customer service, shipping... everything.

There has been a lot of drama with what the FDA said about the products, but it really was a panicked research study that wasn't very thorough. There have been a lot of other independent research studies that pretty much confirmed that the FDA jumped the gun on what very little research they did. Many people are against them stating that the product will lure non-tobacco smokers into trying it... well damn, this product isn't marketed for non-smokers. It's marketed towards smokers who want an alternative to smoking traditional (analog) cigarettes. Common sense required.

And I'm the same way BB. I quit about 8 years ago when my wife became pregnant and the smell just turns my stomach now. Even when I continued to smoke cigars on occasion afterward, which I've also given up now, cigarettes turned my stomach.
I agree, I tried to smoke a normal cigarette about a month ago and it just tasted disgusting. That's why I love these e-cigs, no nasty smell or taste and no lingering smoke or tar smell up the vicinity.

You know what is more disgusting habit than smoking? Picking your nose then eating the boogers.

[annoying anti-smoking person]Yeah, but you don't flick the boogers into other people's mouths so they eat secondhand boogers.[/annoying anti-smoking person]

BTW, that's totally a great name for a band, "Secondhand Boogers". :awesome:

I think it is disgusting but not the most disgusting habit. I would not attack a smoker just for smoking.

But do you agree that Secondhand Boogers would be an awesome name for a band? :awesome:

Secondhand Boogers would indeed make a great band name! :funny:

And to be fair if someone came up to me whilst I was minding my own business, smoking a snout, and started berating me for smoking I'd blow a load of smoke in their face. You don't want second hand smoke then **** off out of my personal space *****! :D

Honestly, with all the crap that's in the air anyway, secondhand smoke is merely an irritating annoyance, not INSTANT CANCERISM!!

:funny: Exactly.

And I mean, those people who get cancer from smoking...yea, they probably smoke about 40-60 cigerettes a day. That's just asking for trouble.

It's like eating 20 hamburgers a day for a few years then being surprised that you get a heart attack.

What about having 20 heart attacks a day and being surprised that you're eating a hamburger?

Absolutely, but heres a question can eating in excess be more disgusting than smoking in excess?

Good question.

I think it is about equal, for me.

There is nothing worse than seeing someone with horrible, brown, rotted teeth and manky brown fingers from smoking too much.

Likewise there is nothing worse than seeing an already morbidly obese person stuffing their face with a bucket of KFC.

OR if you combine the two issue and have a huge fat smoking mess! :csad:

Not everyone who eats in excess is overweight. Some people with naturally high metabolisms or highly regimented exercise programs eat like horses but still don't have excess body fat.

Regular exposure to SHS dramatically raises one's risk of cancer. That is my only issue with smokers. If someone wants to turn their face into a crater and their lungs black, no skin off of my back. Just keep it out of my face and we are fine.

I havn't smoked in about a year now. Still fighting the cravings everyday, though. x_X;

"Anyone can give up smoking, but it takes a real man to face cancer."

crap i accidentally voted yes on the poll. can any mods change my vote to the fourth option?

Uh oh, you've accidentally touched Death. Now you've gone and done it. Hope your life insurance is good.

That's all fine and good, but what doesn't cause cancer nowadays?
