So I just now read through ALL of Gotham Central

It's a mini-series spinoff from 52 featuring Montoya as the new Question and Batwoman as the annoying social issue commentary disguised as a comic book character.

I'm liking the Sinesto Corps storyline quite a bit. Moreso then anything Marvel's doing (with the exception of Annihilation Conquest). DC has some quality books.

True. But the quality books that DC does put out are of very high quality. Books like Checkmate and Blue Beetle are generally better then most other books on the market.

I agree. DC's slowly pulling other parts of its line out of the muck now, too. But before, it was just bad.

I'm also finding stuff to like about Action Comics. And I forgot to mention Detective Comics. That book is very good, too.

I can't justify reading a comic just for art when I could just as easily look at pictures on the internet or look at other things that artist's drawn.

Oh, I finished the third trade a couple weeks ago. It's good stuff. Brubakers stories are better though.

I actually don't remember who wrote what. I just remember "Half a Life" and "Soft Targets" were probably the best arcs of the series.

Soft Targets is the third arc. Half a Life and Soft Targets are my favourites too.

Soft Targets is probably my favorite Joker story. I love how much the cops struggle against his unpredictability of the Joker. It put him into perspective, since I'd gotten kind of desensitized from all his bouts with Batman, who's far better able to deal with him.

Keep in mind, though, I haven't read The Killing Joke yet.
