Socially Awkward Booger

If you're having a conversation with someone, and you notice that they have a visible booger in one of their nostrils, what do you do?

I was talking to this guy at work the other day...really great guy and a hard worker...and once he starts talking about something he really likes, it takes some effort to get a word in edgewise, or to even end the conversation so that I can continue on with my day.

I realized afterward that I neglected to mention anything about the little green booger sitting at the edge of his right nostril. I was standing there talking to him for quite some time. After awhile, it even started moving back and forth as he inhaled and exhaled. But I never said a word about it. The next day...I swear to god...it was still there. And still, I said nothing. Does this make me a bad person?

I usually interrupt and be like, "You've kinda got a..." and rub my nose. Most people get the hint when that happens, but it's just a damn booger. He doesn't have a turd hanging out of his nostril. Tell him he's got one and go on about ya'lls business.
