Marko and the Burglar are definitely partners. The photos even show them together. One of the recent articles says Marko slips out of the car during the chase.

I wonder why no one bothered to mention to the police in the first spidy movie that there were 2 burglars.

No one but Marko and the burglar would have known.

Again- in Spidey 1, no one said anything about the burglary or carjacking. All anyone saw that we can confirm is Ben lying on the ground shot, and someone driving off with his car. There was no mention of any witnesses to the actual shooting.

The police probably figured out later that the Burglar had an accomplice because the ballistics of his gun didn't match the slug removed from Ben.

nobody was really paying attention to the burglars. they were just paying attention to uncle ben on his back very hert.

having watched Spidey 1 again last night ( still great, btw ), I don't think there was another person in the car. And, only 1 person ( the burglar ) jumped out of the car.

it was in a dark area when the burglar jumped out of the car so it is a good possibility. the cops would not have been able to see marko jump out of the car which makes it easy for marko to get away.

Of course there was only one person in the car. This is what we call in the comics a RETCON. They're simply trying their best to make it plausible that Marko was in the car.

if marco and the burglar are partners, where was Marco at the time of the robbery? he wasn't helping to take the money, and he definatly wasn't waiting in a car for burglar to get in. He was just waiting outside, and then just as the burglar came out, he realized he needed a car! Dosn't that sound strange?

well marko was waiting for the burglar outside and they needed a car so they carjacked uncle ben but marko was the one who shot uncle ben. marko and the burglar got in the car then marko bailed once the car crashed at the warehouse. it was a dark area so there was no way they woulld be able to see marko getting away. which leads to peter thinking it was the burglar that killed uncle ben in which he didn't.

Not at all strange. Marko was outside looking for a getaway car. And considering that he killed Ben to get the car, I'd say he certainly contributed his end to their partnership.

Of course there wasn't... when spidey 1 was made, Raimi wasn't even thinking this way... Having Sandman beeing the original killer in "3" was something he made up for number "3"... so there wouldn't be anyone else in the car.
