I wanted to see how long I could go before my fingers wore out.

I don't believe you'll "never stop loving all of those" though. :o

I restricted myself to songs that I've listened to in a drunken madness, insatiably, literally 15-20 times in a row, or songs where it doesn't matter what mood I'm in, quiet, rowdy, sober, drunk, hungover, horny, meditative....if they come on, I'm cranking them and all else stops.

I've never gone through any of those emotions except listening to those songs 15 - 20 times in a row, sometimes I've made it to 30. One time I was hooked on "Mr. Roboto" and listened to it literally 40 or 50 times in a row.

Yeah, eventually the effects of that song left my mind corroded and shaken for a good period of time.

Then I bough the Led Zep complete studio recordings set, and everything started coming together again.

Ha, I forgot about them. When they first got notoriety, I was a kid and thought they were amazing. Couldn't stand to listen to 'em now, but I was pleasantly surprised a few years ago when they played an "intimate" show at my favorite bookstore.
