I'm gone for 2 months, and there's a Hype Civil War, Aziz's getting fed up, and that damn Gamergate thread is still going.

As the guy who actually started it, I'll explain.

I said it a few times a joke reponse to some of Aziz's more random posts. I said a few times only in that context. But then others started using in different contexts (in which I called out the wrong usage of it), usually when they disagree with something Aziz said and ran the joke it into the ground.
