The final trailer's probably going to be a completed version of that leaked trailer we saw a while ago. You know, the one with all of the cartoonish renderings and the Queens reference. Don't expect anything more than that.

Thanks gtkilla, man I feel so used by FX, f**k those guys. They knew all of us Spider-Man fans would tune in to see more Spider-Man 3 but they didn't show s**t. I'm pissed, man I feel so used.
Anyways I guess i'll just have to wait another week before the new trailer is shown at my movie theater. Is anyone else's movie theater doing that? Supposedly the movie theater AMC 20 in Canton Michigian has gotten the Spider-Man 3 trailer already and are going to be showing it next week.
Its supposed to be like a one night only thing before the trailer is actually released next month with Ghost Rider, I just have to know what day.

i loved watching spidey2 again it is was great to see the spidey3 trailer again with three new shots. it was still great to watch no doubt well i can not wait for the new trailer next month.
I love the way Sony is promoting this film, they're not giving up the goods until the SUPER-BOWL or the THIRD trailer--where it really counts. Finally, they're not blowing their load, by giving the money shots like you people want. And then everyone complains that they're showing too much. I'm happy about the what they didn't show.
By any chance is anyone encoding a high quality version of the TV spot? If not, I'll try and find my cables and do it. And yes I know, they may be uploaded on youtube but I'm doing this for myself and others who will want a higher quality, high resolution version of the video (maybe to keep, maybe to use for fan videos).

It was sort of disappointing that we didn't at least see a behind-the-scenes. The trailer additions of
Marko at Ben's shooting, the Black Symbiote enveloping his suit, and Peter looking at himself in the mirror
were good additions but sort of underscored by all of the recycled footage. Oh well. I think we've been spoiled a bit too much in that we've seen on this site the Venom footage way before the rest of the world was intended to, so we expected something huge. Though I was sort of depressed that Spider-Man 2 was the same old cut and that the trailer had little new material to speak of, there's always a brighter day tomorrow. Seeing SM2 again just reaffirmed my faith in Raimi as a storyteller.
There were a few new short spots here and there, such as Peter parking his bike in front of the apartment and walking up the stairs with his cake. Just little stuff.
They cut some dialogue to make room for other new footage I guess. But you can read the transcript of the only material dialogue/added scene here (Click the spoiler tag).

sam knows whats best for us and i have and always will have faith in sam. i liked the new marko scene, the peter looking in the mirror scene and the symbiote enveloping peter scene. all three were great. next month there will be a new trailer which is a great thing. even though we did not get alot of footage tonight i am sure next month we will in the new trailer. i was a little dissapointed with there being not more footage of spidey3 and it did sound like fx cared more about promoting DIRT. i am still happy that we got to see three new scenes though.
