This is the Burj Dubai (Arabic: برج دبي‎ "Dubai Tower"). Hehehehe, now that you mention it, yeah, Mr. Fantastic & Nick Fury do look alike. Kinda like how a lot of artists tend to make Clark Kent & Bruce Wayne look alike.
