I went to a 9:30AM show yesterday (Cinemark XD) and absolutely loved this movie. I've been a little bit down on Spidey, but think Tom's been doing a great job overall. I've gradually been warming up to the character and this has finally washed all of the bile out of my mouth that was left there many years ago (TASM2 ).

I liked the storyline and glad we didn't have some weird IM3 pulled on us. Good writing and execution.

Does Marvel really only get to use Spidey in a few movies out of this deal? He's really turned into a pivotal character and I'd hate to see him go.....

I was right about my high 80's prediction. No shame in that, my favorite MCU movie is Infinity War and that is also in the high 80's.

Yeah Crazy for a long time it looked like it had like zero chance to get below 91 and was most likely going to be like 92 and now it may not hang on to 90's depending on like how many more reviews come out. After like 240 reviews its started getting way more rotten reviews kind of odd. Would be nice if we got a sold like 10-20 fresh reviews now in a row than 90's would be pretty safe.

I still think there should be a deadline with reviews. Maybe a week after it's released, the reviews should be closed or something. It's like Spider-Verse. I remember that one being 98% for a long time...and a week or two afterwards, it was still getting the occasional rotten review, dropping it a bit. I know it's the nature of the beast, but it's an annoying nature.
