I go back & forth between (1) Uncle Ben's death leading right through to the warehouse and Peter discovering the burglar's identity and (2) Norman's death all the way to the end with the final swing.
(1) is, with one flaw (the burglar falling to his death), the best presentation of Spidey's origin put to screen and (2) just drives right to the heart of classic Spider-Man; Peter's best friend now hates his alter-ego and he can't be with his girl, but Spider-Man is still his responsibility and that is who he is.
