Damnit!!! I just called Gamestop, they're saying that they won't get the game until Wednesday!! Not cool!! >_<

Any other reviews pop up yet? I'm worried that since this isn't coming out until Wednesday that I'll buy Fable II tomorrow and not have the funds to get this as well.

Tomorrow is the shipping day I believe, so most places won't be getting it until Wednesday. I even checked the ads on Sunday, and Circuit City and Best Buy had "Available Wednesday by 2pm" on them. In contrast, most games ship on a Monday so they can be released on Tuesday. Quite often though my Walmart gets the game in on shipping day, but that's the only store at least for me that I've seen that at. I'm hoping Walmart has it tomorrow since I have the whole day off, but we'll see.

I know what you mean. It's really annoying. And even if you do call, they would just tell you that it's not in and that they should have it by a certain time. Or, if they're lazy, they'll tell you to check in tomorrow even when they are about to get it.


I worked at Gamestop I know how lame they are....(Oddly I might go back...)

Thanks for the list. Maybe I've been spoiled by other games too much, but I'm not really happy with that. I expected a lot more. At least something like Maximum Carnage numbers, where you had 7 heroes assist you. Well, 8, Cloak & Dagger.

I'm wondering where the Human Torch is, the town is overrun with Symbiotes and the guy who could torch them all to hell is nowhere to be seen. Or give us Firestar instead, together with Iceman for some nice fan service. You know how awesome it would be to fight alongside Firestar and Iceman for a short Amazing Friends mission?

The biggest dissapointment though is that on that list, are only 3 super villains. Rhino, Vulture and Electro, that's it? I don't count Venom since the story is all about him and what's Kingpin going to do?



Yeah, that's really sad.

Well, half or the point off the game is being abble to team up with your allies or foes.


Plus i'm guessing some of thee bosses will be like that Symbiote Hydra thing.


Anyway, i got my copy and i'll tell ya what it's like when i get home later today.

My friend is already playing it and he's tells me it's great so far so that's good to know.

See I know about the phone you dickless moron, but that is beside the point. For DBZ Burst Limit they advertised the release date and I therefore thought that it was going to be out on that date. I went to several stores who said that was just the shipping date. SO i wasted a bunch of gas and time to try to get a game that day. My complaint is that they should not advertise it as the 21st when it really gets to stores by the 22nd. Brawl,MGS4 and Halo 3 all came out on there announced dates, why not every other game.

Also, it isn't always the companies fault sometimes it's UPS or whoever is delivering it.

The inconsistency that rocks the camera can also be observed in the visuals, which take on an uneven quality. Characters look fantastic and there are a number of impressive scenes, particularly in the later half of the game. That comes at the cost of a smooth performance, though. Later stages that pack the screen with hordes of symbiotes or loads of special effects cause the game to stutter significantly. By the time you reach those points in the game, though, you'll have fallen in love with the combat system. Spidey's adventure gets entangled in a number of silly issues, but the action is so satisfying that you're likely to skim over them just as you would those few panels in a comic book.

yes... castrate me because you have a hard time dealing with sarcasm You should have called those stores rather then traveling around town like a brainless moron. All you had to do was take 5min and call around and you would have save more time and gas.

Brawl MGS4 and Halo 3 are HIGHLY anticipated games, HUGE sellers that fans demand a universal release date for. Spidey is not one of those games, so it's a bit more relaxed. I agree with you that games should have more of a set schedule, like movies do (every tuesday, movies come out), But most games are not on the universally highly anticipated list like the 3 games you mentioned.

its cool, but patience is a virtue my friend... I wish i could get this game for my b-day tomorrow, but low funds kinda enable that, so im not in much of a rush. Plus my roomate works for activision and can eventually get it pretty cheap... like REAL cheap.. so im like whatever, i can wait. The game will always be there, its not like it's going to sell out and be discontinued.
