Wait a minute, are you saying that Avi Arad has a say over the scripts and Marvel has none? Why the hell isn't Marvel sueing Avi Arad, it sounds like he has more power over Marvel characters then they do. And is Avi Arad a producer of Iron Man and the rebooted Hulk films?

Avi Arad is a producer in name only on Iron Man and Incredible Hulk. He gets his name in the credits and he gets his paycheck but he has no creative involvement with the films.

How did that happen, how did Spider-Man and X-Men not escape this man's horrible grip like Iron Man and Hulk?

So basically, Avi Arad is getting paid what should be Stan Lee's money. I feel sick.
