Don't take my word for it, but I think it might be a little cheap? If it's really what it claims to be. Also, those pics are of a suit a guy called 'spidermilk' made, unless he's spidermilk (which I'm not saying he is or is not) he's most likely fake. :awesome:

Hi eldor it is mine, so yes I have a few to sell to make up the shortfall I need for the current costume i'm building.

I am getting rid of the old accessories I have never made use of and why because I am moving on the a fresh set of stuff.

To those asking about the pattern i offer.

I made the mistake of deleting all my inbox messages instead of my sent ones to free up some room to even message you guys back. There were several of you.

I did manage to read a few messages before, Let me just say I think if you get 300 more post here I will send you the password, 1 post rep and not saying please is not gonna get you this free pattern. So please im again, with a request and i will send you password.

JesterFx luckily, I saw your IM, will email you. Figures crossed I'll be back in a couple of months with something to show. btw the new spiderman costume...surprisingly intricate it looks to me.

LOL Seeing as spidermilk confirmed it was him... I'd say it's an even greater chance of being fake now... ! :awesome:

I know absolutely NOTHING about costume design. Still, I'm an avid spidey fan. If peter parker is just a kid, chances are he didn't design his costume with all of these cool advances. If you want a realistic spidey suit, I would just recommend getting a zentai suit or getting red and blue compression clothes, cutting them and sewing them together before getting some sort of clothing marker. If you want the muscles, I know there is a guy on this forum named stanleewannabe that sells the fake muscle for tight suits. It should be an all around realistic-to-the-comics suit. The only problem I can think of for this costume would be the mask, but you guys look like you have a handle on that and the lenses. I know I am in no way even close to you guys when it comes to the mighty costume making skills. I just wanted to throw that in there.

He came from no where and just tossed my response aside :cmad:

Hey dude, I thought I pretty much answered you in the reps once to Eldor.

Eldor has also contact me on other boards also so I went straight to him:

So I thought i'd come back and to no surprise.

Spiderman C hater is still throwing cheap shots. grow up mate. you base your fact off your own wild imagination.

Remember the challenge I offered you to see if you could step up to it.. it's still open if it will get you stop spewing hateful lies about me on the forum..your call?

If your not going to this time Spiderman C why don't you just keep your thoughts to yourself for good.

I was joking. ==' And I think SpidermanC was just being sarcastic =='

Alright, I have a question on the lenses, How do you attach them? What kind of Glue, If I don't plan on using a faceshell

I'm using 'Loctite Super Glue Ultra Gel' on mine. :D

Is it difficult to attach, I really wouldnt wanna spend like $200-400 on a pattern to screw it up on the lenses.

Get a mannequin head to wear your mask before gluing and get it all lined up correct first. You can ruin the look of your suit SOOO quickly by gluing the frames incorrectly.

I blow up a ballon and insert it in the head. I also use Locktite super glue ultra gel. When you finish glueing just pop the ballon and voila!

Well, if your really worried about the positioning, maybe u could draw a faint outline of the eyes first? Maybe with a pencil or something, so you could rub it out. I have never tried that out so I wouldn't know if it works :csad:

The ballon idea works for me.... nice, cheap solution.

Alright, I guess i can try some of these just to see how they come together, Brad have you got my email on the costume idea?

you could wear the mask and outline where you want the lenses to go using chalk or something, then take it off and glue accordingly. and yes it is SUPER EASY to ruin your mask with a bad glue job.

Just dont cut the eye holes till the frames are glued on.

Here's two recent suits..

Brad.

DUDE! I saw the guy in the scarlet spidey suit at C2E2 this year!

does anyone know the pattern/layout for sewing a spidey/full face mask? i dont want the print or anything just the sewing pattern, I have a mask that came with a zentai suit, but theres a sewing line coming down the forehead and a stupid chin section sewn in, the masks on these spidey suits dont have any lines in the way of a face front shot and thats what im looking to achieve. again, not trying to use a print, just a method for sewing the mask like you guys. any tips/help would be super awesome! I figure if im going to do it i might as well do it right like the pros!
