To begin with, I gotta say that this movie kicked ass! :D I thought it was gonna suck, but I was wrong! Congrats to the creative team and cool voice actors! :)

BUT I have one problem with the movie. Splinter made no funny! What the f--k was that all about?! Splinter is supposed to end these movies with some kind of a lame joke! I'll admit that Mikey's last line was awesome, so maybe Splinter could have said something like, "hahaha! Now, Mikey made a funny!" But nothing tops the first movie!

Leonardo: We were awesome!
Michaelangelo: Bodacious!
Raphael: *****in'!
Donatello: Uh...
Michaelangelo: Gnarly!
Leonardo: Radical!
Raphael: Totally tubular, dude!
Michaelangelo: Wicked!
Splinter: I have always liked... Cowabunga.
All: COWABUNGA!
Splinter: hahaha! I made a funny!

I did it for you in the thread hitting on April and Karai :cwink:

He may not have made a lame joke at the end, but he did funny stuff in the movie. "I'm going to watch my stories." That scene was classic.

Exactly! That bit was funnier than just about anything I've seen in the Turtles. Had me rolling.

^That whole scene was hilarious from when Splinter walks into frame whistling as the turtles are hiding their injuries, to Raph and Leo glaring at each other while eating breakfast to when Splinter says good morning and Raph says, "sup." that had the crowd LOL.

Then of course the stories line and when Splinter says, "____ is gonna break up with ____ I just know it..." ROTFL!!!!!! :woot:

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! XD That was my favorite scene in terms of humor and comedic timing -- I think the Cowabunga Carl head at the end comes in second.

Him in the breakfast scene was funny enough for me.

ditto.

Plus... I'm kind of tired of the Splinter "making a funny" tradition in the movies. It wasn't even that hilarious in the first movie -- the one in the second movie was kinda clever. But the one in the third movie was GODAWFUL.

Splinter: Yo, Dude!
[Splinter suddenly is wearing a Hawaiian hat.]
Michaelangelo: Oh, Dude!
Splinter: Just like Elvis Presley on Hawaiian Holiday!
Michaelangelo: Dude!
[laughs]
Splinter: Ha, ha, ha. I made yet another funny!

Yeah, the third one was bad. I'll admit! However, I enjoy his funny lines in the first and second film. :)

I'm glad cuz I always cringed at his funny's especially in TMNT 2&3 :csad:

I'm kind of glad he didn't say "I made a funny!" It was perfect timing in the first one but by the second it got old. I preferred his humor in this one, like his line about watching his stories.

Yes, his funny in the last two were...meh, but the first one was classic. They could tried to top or equal the first one.

If Splinter made too many funny's, it would diminish his screen prescence.

There is no such thing as Splinter making too many funnies!

i thought Splinter was perfect in this one. perfect balance of humor, wisdom, and guidance...

I always thought the "funnies" were dumb and forced anyway...

Even if the first one? I mean, c'mon, the first one was awesome!

his still got it quoted worked well in this film, its sort of replaced made a funny
