Ugh! The lineup is based off of the original MCU. That may have been okay were it 10 years ago. This game already seems outdated

Minus Hawkeye. You know, from the people who made Tomb Raider...

What kills me is how they all look like knock off versions of the movie versions. Like not quite there.

Not a fan of how everything just looks like "lite" versions of the movies. I didn't feel that at all with the Spider-Man game, it just felt like Spider-Man. Speaking of him they said the PS4 will have "exclusive benefits" strongly hinting at him being playable only on the PS4 version.

Well, they said that it was going to be an ever expanding roster, sooo I'm sure Hawkeye will show up eventually. Which makes me really happy cuz until they said that, I was not too jazzed about it.

I'm whelmed. Story seems a bit janky. Expanding the roster and story with no loot boxes/p2w is a nice throw-in, but the way it was framed made it seem applicable to online mainly (or even only).

They are microtransactions, but they do not encompass all of what is a microtransaction.

There are many different types of micro transactions. What you usually get is people talking about how they don't have the ones who have created the most recent stink but slip other ones in. Look at how it went with Borderlands 3.

Cap's design especially is awful. I saw somebody put it next to a shot from Spaceballs lmao. The designs feel like they lean too much towards the movies and not enough of just being their own thing. I think the Spidey game had pretty successful redesigns as it was all pretty rooted in the comics and balanced it out by leaning over their own direction to a healthy degree.

I like the cutscenes very MCU based, I don’t believe for a second Cap is dead as teased. Looks like there’s going to be multiple villains and stage levels, but is it open world?!

After waiting all this time... I have to say I feel kinda letdown. Aesthetically it just looked bad. Character designs are meh and costumes are just damn ugly. Heck, even Ironman looks kinda pathetic and anorexic.
