I wish they would stop making Resident Evil games.
I can see why some people who I guess we can call hardcore gamers would want both so that they don't miss out on any exclusives, but video games are NOT cheap. a brand new game is $60, and I don't care who you are (I guess unless you're a millionaire lol), that is expensive. It is a lot of money to spend, and it is ONE brand new game. Add another to your purchase and you're already spending over $100, AGAIN.

I wish they'd make better RE games.
I wish RE games were the top of their genre and leading games overall, like they used to be for me.I wish they'd make better RE games.
I think that's true for me even though it's one of the highest regarded games.I honestly think RE 4 helped in the short term, but ultimately hurt the series in the long run. My personal favorites were the original and Code Veronica and I want more of that.
It could have been called Resident Evil but had a subtitle that led to a different series. Calling it 4 killed off the direction of the 3 great games before it. 5 was still good but 6 is what happens when they aren't really sure which to do any more.I would have liked RE4 better if it wasn't a RE game. It had almost nothing to do with RE besides having Leon. Then it shot off into a totally different playstyle and operation than the previous games.
Haha. I mean it's not about having your buddy's back here, it's just discussion. But you seem to get that anyway by what you just posted so it's cool.band of brothers, what the hell is that lol
and yeah dude, i don't think any 2 people on this planet even friggin identical twin will ever agree on anything. it's when you start declaring your opinion as fact or treat others harshly for their opposing opinions, that things start to get problematic. you know what i'm sayin
I would not like to live there! I wish this hadn't all gone a bit wrong as I like having all the history and multiple different types of horrific weirdness within the same universe. And I like the way the characters interlinked.Gotta wonder how ****ed up the RE world is though. Between the insane viruses that seem to be created by plants, ancient fossilized monsters that can be brought back to life without too much trouble and giant corporations making crazy monsters like candy, it's a wonder they haven't nuked the planet yet.
Many did. I thought it was fine and enjoyable as a general game (although had some horrible gameplay elements) but not a great RE title. I loved the setting though.I thought RE 5 was weak.

to me, re cv will always be the true re 4
Why even try and stay alive? It's hopeless!Nowhere is safe in RE. You go to a random city, zombies and infected animals, you try a random island in the middle of the ocean, there's an outbreak, you take a cruise, **** goes down, you go to ANTARCTICA! Still happens.
I'm not that young man, I'm nearing my mid 20s. I hope what you're saying (the good things) about me one day becomes true but perhaps my standard of living ain't as high as the average man's, but $60 is a lot of money, any way you look at it.You're young so its understandable why you may feel that way but you don't have to be a millionaire to not consider $60 expensive. For someone with a career and/or decent job, that's really a small amount especially if you aren't buying a whole bunch every month. I budget my gaming purchases, primarily bc I don't play them enough anymore to go out and spend the most on day one, but $60 on one title isn't expensive. Wait till you graduate college and have a steady salary. Unless you are horrible with managing money or have crazy expenses, games aren't likely to break the bank.
