My personal view of stereophonics is that they are one of the best bands on this God-given Earth. But hardly anyone at my school likes them. Who else don't like them?

You should make a seperate thread for every obscure band you like that all the philistines haven't heard of.

Never been a fan of them, not very appealing to me but i can see why they are appealing to other people.

I have to say their best song is either deadhead or Vegas Two Times.

I'm bumping....I lurve the 'Phonics.

'Rewind' on 'Language. Sex. Violence. Other?' is excellent.

Deadhead is great, too. But newcomers should listen to their earlier albums (Performance & Cocktails, especially)- 'Just Looking' is a brill track!

I like Sterophonics.
Many people haven't heard of them, but they are good.
They are very different.

yeah...well, if i want to listen to a liquored up version of Rod Stewart, I'll listen to Rod Stewart when i'm drunk thank you very much.

Your opinion, but their version of 'Handbags & Gladrags' is better than Rodders' on their third album.

Their recent albums especially 'Language. Sex. Violence. Other?' is full of great tracks- quite far from their 'Rod' days. It's a very different sound.

Listen to 'Devil', 'Doorman', 'Deadhead', 'Superman' and 'Rewind'. Thought provoking tracks.

They also have a myspace page (which includes some sample songs from their live album).
