I don't think even a peak human could do this:

He has also thrown men over a tank. And he can kick them to send them flying through the air (also including Chitauri). Especially him kicking that guy off the Lemurian Star shows this

He beat Bucky, who we know has enhanced strength.
He defeated many Chitauri and Ultron drones.
Although he didn't win, he held his own against both Loki and Ultron Prime (who he tossed through a concrete pillar) in combat.
I believe that had part of it not broken, he would've been able to support that car with people in it and maybe even pull it back up the bridge in Sokovia.

He "ran like 13 miles in 30 minutes", and has been shown to run well over 30 mph/50km/h on short distances (that's a lot faster than Usain Bolt).
His metabolism is so efficient he can't get drunk
He survived being frozen for all those decades.

looks like he used some trickery of physics there. but anyways, if he is, then again, it's good he isn't on the list.

Seems people are getting confused with what aspect of the characters I'm referring to, no worries, my fault. I'll clarify, basically, who's the most badass human that would win in a one on one, hand to hand situation? No powers, no augmentations, no special suits, no weapons just straight up pure wit, skill, strength, toughness, knowledge and using the environment to their advantage, who is the best in that regard?

In that case, Daredevil (and Stick) should definitely not be on the list. Hypersenses are clearly an unfair advantage in hand to hand combat.

Just because someone that can deadlift 900lbs doesn't mean they're the best fighters.

Stick is a good fighter, but someone with more mass could take more punishment than him.

On the flipside Stick, Daredevil, Natasha and Clint would be better fighters than most, but they'd lose a weight lifting competition.

So I'm confused by the original question, the voting option and people comparing fighting skills.
