I live in a condominium, so some patios/backyards are kinda close. My neighbor is at work and his son is drinking/talking really loud in the back. He is 19. He has a bunch of his friends over, and they sound like they are drunk. He and his stupid b****ass friends are making noise. He is 2 years older than I am, so I am not the "mean old neighbor" and they get mad at me, because I'm younger.
A while back, they did this and it made me mad. I went over to my neighbors house, and he told me that they make noise when he isn't home. He told me to open the window and tell them to "Shut the f*** up". They are noisy right now, and I am mad.
What should I do?
Basically you need to grow a set of cajones.
If they are really THAT LOUD and annoying you to the point where that's the only thing you can think about...then open the window...look at them and ask nicely, "Hey, guys, can you keep it down a little bit, I'm trying to... *insert whatever it is you were doing here*"
Knowing most 19 year olds, and from my own experiences, they will probably laugh in your face 9 times out of the 10 times. Or they'll say, "All right! We'll chill" and it may get quiet for a few minutes but then they'll get louder again.
I don't know how the police are where you live. But I live in the city of Pittsburgh and the police don't usually respond to calls of loud noises unless you give them a damn good reason to come. They usually expect you to handle it yourself.
So, you either get back at the kid. Examples...waking up REALLY EARLY IN THE MORNING and blasting the loudest, heaviest, most annoying heavy metal music you can find. Or whatever the neighbor HATES.
Vandalize his belongings. Egg his condo. Spray paint racial slurs on the condo. Flatten the tires of his car. Find out where all the drunken friends live and vandalize all their crap.
You can either sit around and be mad all the time that these guys are having fun, and you're not. Or maybe they are being ridiculously loud and you can't take it.
But, I'm telling you...from past experience. If you get even with them, they'll learn to start keeping it down. And if they don't you just have to start getting creative with your payback. Remember, karma gets people back for having no consideration for other people, trust me.
I live around some of the biggest jerk off neighbors you'll ever meet. They work on cars at like 3 in the morning. Drive motorcycles up and down our street at the same time. Have drunken parties that are fifty times louder than I'm sure anything you could imagine. I remember they had a freakin' RAP CONCERT at this guys house that was two houses down from me and it lasted until 3 in the morning. (The cops got called during that, but I still got them back for it).
Either handle it like a man, or just start learning to take it up the rear...the choice is yours.
