To change the subject from us beating a dead wampa….. I forget who, but someone was asking about anime recommendations a few weeks back. Has anyone else here seen 'Attack on Titan'? The main character is a bit of an angry hero cliche, but the plot, monsters and action is awesome.

It's good... but overly dire. I feel the human society might be at too much of a disadvantage. Titans take down the wall, kill thousands, humanity retreats. Soldiers go scouting, most of them die. Etc.

That, combined with catching up on TWD is a little too much grimdark on my TV schedule, so I took a break. I'll return to it later.
