If I didn't know better, I'd think the trailer was implying that Superman's going to show up.

Hmmmm.... that is a possibility, but as we both know with trailers who knows what the sequence of events actually is...

I took it to mean that there would be no other Kryptonians involved, as in her two henchmen and Non. Just her and Kara...

That's what I took it to mean also. Although I guess it could imply SM too...

Yes, that's what Astra was saying, but what I'm saying is that the trailer (perhaps accidentally) suggested that Superman might show up to help Kara during their battle, which would end up being the two of them against Astra.

Astra suggested a fair fight. Supergirl responded that she's done with playing fair. A person we can't make out zoomed past the camera right after Kara turned down an offer to fight one-on-one. Again, if I didn't know better, I'd think they were teasing Superman.

There's nothing that I can think of stopping them from bringing in a blurry Supes, although I don't think they will.

I like Kat Grant a lot more than I thought I would. Her story helps sell the human side of Kara's through the parallel.

Yeah, I had a feeling she'd piece it together before the season ended, but didn't expect it to be quite so soon. And I don't expect it will be quite the "problem" Kara thinks it will.

Loved the episode. Though Astra the eco-terrorist isn't super scary, I do like how they are fleshing out Kara's family.

What gives? Has the series finally gained its footing? This episode was vastly better than usual.

She is starting to grow on me.

I liked that they had Cat put 2and2 together and have her see through Karas glasses, though I don't know if they will actually keep it.

The only thing I think the show needs to work on is being a little to light, I don't really feel like the stakes are high enough.
