Here begins the week long party of picks, yelling and deflated balls.

Who ya got?

:yay:

I hate Sherman.

I want Seattle to win.

But I fear that Darth Hoodie will now take his anger out on the world and kill the Seahawks with force lightning.

For our Hype halftime show, Mister J, Erz, Hulk and myself will sing a medley of songs from A Chorus Line.

Rooting for the Seahawks but I wouldnt hate it if the Patriots won. I like both teams

I'm rooting for the Seahawks, they deserve it a lot more.

As a Pats fan that is going to the game of course I want the Pats to win.

However I also want the Pats to win so I can watch as the collective heads of countless sports pundits explodes in unison.

Embrace the hate. Watch the world burn.

I dislike both teams however I am rooting for the Seahawks. The team with integrity. Well, at least more integrity than the Deflatriots :o

I like both teams and so whoever wins is a win-win for me but I am rooting more for Seahawks

I'm not rooting for either team because honestly I dislike them both. I'm picking the Seahawks because I think they are the better team but believe me I wish there was a possible way both teams can lose. :o

It seems every Super Bowl brings out confusion in fans, who don't know who they're really a fan of. In a casual chat with a guy the other day, he's all "I'm not a Patriots fan, but I would like to see Brady win a fourth ring"

Me: "Why?"

Him: "So he can solidify his place as one of the all time greats."

Me: "He's already a 3 time champion, a 2 time MVP and has set numerous regular and postseason records for yards and touchdowns. And he's not retiring for another few years. I'd say his status as a great one is pretty well safe, regardless of Sunday's outcome."

Him: *no answer*

Whoever wins won't mean a hill of beans to me, because neither team is mine. But it is the championship, so I'm ready to see it

The Patriots,of course.

If history teaches us anything, the Patriots thrive on adversity. This whole controversy is gonna motivate them like nothing you've ever seen. Count on it.:woot:

I hope your choreography is better than it was in 2011. Seriously, high kicks with sparkly legwarmers? What, you're entertaining Japanese businessmen in 1986?

The Patriots,of course.

I agree with this. I can totally see the Patriots being highly motivated for this game and rolling over the Seahawks.

Even though I really dislike both teams and would rather not see either team win, I'm going to pick the Patriots for this reason.

That's what I'm thinking, but I still don't know if they'll win.

There should be a poll to see who's rooting for which team as well; because even though I may not know who's going to win, a part of me is starting to root for the Patriots just to see all hell break loose from all the hate they've been getting.

My offseason popcorn is ready.

Its the Super Bowl. Both teams will be highly motivated. If NE needs a controversy to motivate them for a championship game, then they have bigger issues than deflating some footballs.

You guys read way too much bad sportswriting and watch too much "First take" if you buy into the "extra motivation" garbage.

Its the freaking Catalina Wine Mixer Super Bowl, I dont think you could motivate either team any more as is.

All this week ESPN has been having guest "analysts", who have never won a Super Bowl, giving their thought on what it'll take for the Seahawks/Patriots to win. #irony

Pulling for Brady and the Pats.

Don't really have a dog in the fight as a Cowboys fan but I always liked Brady.

For the Pats to become the champs, they have to beat the defending champs.

For Sea to start a dynasty, they first have to topple the last dynasty.

I'm not rooting for either team, but I have a feeling that Seahawks will repeat as Superbowl champs. At least Pete Carroll was a former USC HC, so he has a deeper connection to So. Cal. than his opponents.
