I think it would be possible to have lobo in supergirl be hired by either mongul or brainiac to capture the last Kryptonians.
Mongul would want her for his fighting pits.
And Brainiac wants her for his collection.
Lobo meets her in a bar on some distant planet with a redsun for the first time..
shes having drinking games with everyone, And winning.
He sits down by Kara.
krypto growls at him. Kara makes krypto sit.
so, you want my title too?
lobo laughs. As he downs a drink in an instant with no problem.
I think I can take it. He says.
Lobo acts all friendly toward her.
He's throwing the drinks back, one after the other. She downs one. Ok,.lets see what you got tough guy.
( She likes him for some odd reason, and she doesn't like people.)
she downs another to keep up.
He downs another in a flash. No expression afterwards. His Eyes are looking straight ahead.
Lobo notices her out of the corner of his eye trying to match him. He grins.
He downs a larger one.
She does the same.
She orders another, an even bigger one.
He follows it up with an even larger one.
On and on it goes. a crowd gathers and cheers at each drink downed, each larger than the last.
By now the drinks are the size of small barrels. It's a sloppy mess.
After about 70 drinks a piece, Lobo wins.
Kara passes smooth out. Empty drink barrels are stacked to the ceiling.
Sorry little sis lobo says As he removes a little alcohol inhibitor from his neck..he's stone sober. The crowd boos.
Lobo shrugs and grins, as He downs another drink.
He picks her up, krypto follows.
He tries to bite lobo to stop him.
Lobo draws back his fist as if to hit krypto but he stops.

Krypto howls as the ship/space Harley thats carrying lobo and kara flys away..
She later wakes up on warworld and grabs her head. She has a massive hangover.
He11, if you really wanted to go all out, have Brainiac seemingly invade warworld to rescue her.
Mongul is defeated.
Brainiac makes his true intentions known. he's there to capture her, not free her.
And by this point, she and lobo would have an uneasy alliance. They both ready themselves to fight Brainiac.
kara pauses and looks at lobo.
Do you know Earth? she asks.
He nods yes.

its close, but brainiac defeats them, kara is only at about 40% strength.
brainiac captures kara, and flys away in his skull ship.
He now readys to go after the last male Kryptonian.
That could lead to superman 2.
Lobo heads to earth, but makes a pitstop first to get krypto.
He then heads to metropolis, locates superman, and explains what happened. He tells the whole truth.
Superman is furious at what lobo did, and punches him, knocking him a hundred yards away.
Lobo - laying flat on his back. he slightly rises his head and looks at superman, but I'm......the.....main......man......as he passes out from the blow.
Krypto almost seems to smile at this as his tail wags.
Superman looks down at krypto. When he wakes up, we'll go get kara.
Krypto barks in approval.
Little do they know but brainiac's ship is passing Saturn, headed straight to Earth.
